went to Labrador park with Ko Sarpatee and ko Rainstealer from Native Maynamr forum last saturday to shoot sunset..

after a few bad turns and struggle to look for a parking spot, we were like 15 minutes too late t shoot the best part of the sunset..

but these are just consolation prize i guess. :)

i was waiting for my cousin in Penisula and was a bit bored so I walked towards Boat Quay and got those pics.
All handheld.. so not super sharp.

saw the beautiful sky when i about to go home from work and tried to find a good spot for taking photos.
this is the little grassy mound near the office but unfortunately this sight gonna go away very soon.. they have started the construction work and started building the fence now.
I skipped the unfinished fenced and chase away by some construction worker.

West Coast Sunset

I was on the way home from work and saw there may be a good sunset. So i drove to West Coast Park near my house instead. It's not as beautiful as I expected cos the clouds are blocking the sun and not casting the glowy soft yellow light and long shadow I'd want to catch.
Well.. I hope I can get them next time..

These are shot with my EOS 5D and EF 20-35mm f3.5-4.5 USM lens..
This lens is not as wide as i wanted to be but It's light weight, focus fast and cheap enough.. so It will have to do now..
May be i will get 17-40mm f4L next year.

Sunset and Arab street

I went to Arab streeet last friday to have dinner with friends from work..

On the way there .. I was stuck on the freeway (ECP) well.. I finally got this opportunity to take photo from this bridge. :)

I was driving so I asked my friend Alan to take these photo through my little civic's sunroof..
